As I delve further and further into the world of blogging (and avoid writing my daily quota), another resource revealed itself to me. WordPress wrote an article about the National Blog Posting Month, which mentioned BlogHer, so I cruised on over and signed in using my WordPress account, and just like that, I had another blog! What is wrong with me!?
I won’t repeat what the fine folks over at BlogHer have to say about themselves, and although I signed up and in, I am just perusing the site for the time being while I do NaNo (which wins my energy this month). The site is quite busy with advertising, and has a variety of women writing about, well, any topic that falls into the category of being female. Since I am a female, I guess it is not so strange that I might actually want to express my opinions and experiences there as well as here. It looks like you might be able to earn a little money if you put your mind to it, and presumably as long as you can write properly.
Even if you are not a blogger, this is of potential interest to you as it has lots of information. Today’s hot topic, since it is a US-based site, is of course the election. But even if you are not in the US, you can vote! Check this out, VoteVoteVote.net, is a site where you can click to indicate who you want to win the US election! So far only 3683 people have voted, but I think that is a distribution problem, not a lack of opinions problem.
That’s all I got today. Must go home and create a masterpiece. Or just be the master of my peace.
